Do you have to pay a monthly/annual fee to track ZoomBak GPS systems?

I’m interested in buying a ZoomBak GPS locator. Do you have to pay a monthly or annual fee to track them?

    yes, their website says monthly fees starting at $9.99
    I would love to get one!
